By purchasing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase the Service.

1.1 The Amazon Business Growth Audit is a consulting service that provides:

- Comprehensive analysis of your existing Amazon FBA business

- Review of your product listings, pricing strategy, and advertising

- Identification of growth opportunities and optimization areas

- Detailed written report with findings and recommendations

1.2 The specific deliverables and timeline will be confirmed in your service agreement or via email after purchase.

1.3 The Service is tailored to businesses already selling on Amazon or established retail businesses looking to expand to Amazon.

2. Service Process & Timeline

2.1 After Purchase:

- You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours

- You will be asked to complete a detailed intake questionnaire

- You will be required to provide access to relevant business information (see Section 3)

2.2 Timeline:

Intake questionnaire completion: Within 30 days of purchase

Audit delivery: Within 7 business days of receiving complete information

2.3 Timelines are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of your business and the completeness of information provided.

2.4 Delays in providing requested information will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

3. Client Responsibilities & Information Provision

3.1 Required Information: To conduct the audit, you must provide:

- Completed audit questionnaire

- Current product ASINs and SKU information

- Historical sales data (if available)

- Current advertising campaigns and spend data

- Product sourcing information and margins (to the extent you're comfortable sharing)

- Any other information reasonably requested to complete the audit

3.2 Accuracy of Information: You represent and warrant that:

- All information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful

- You have the legal right to share the information provided

- You are not violating any confidentiality obligations by sharing this information

3.3 Failure to Provide Information: If you fail to provide necessary information within 30 days of purchase, we reserve the right to:

- Cancel the service OR

- Deliver the audit based on limited information available

4. Payment & Pricing

4.1 The Service price is £97 as displayed at the time of purchase.

4.2 Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

4.3 All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT where required.

4.4 We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Due to the custom, personalised nature of this service, all sales are final and non-refundable.
